Northern Girl Chicken

Do you ever just look at the ingredients in your refrigerator and think that you want to make something but have no clue what to make? Well thats what happened when my mom came up to spend the day with me the other week. So we came up with Northern Girl Chicken and let me tell you this stuff is so tasty. I had the leftovers for lunch and dinner then next two days after we made it! It was that good! Give it a try and let me know if you had to keep eating it for days after because you couldn't get enough!

Pick your chicken...

This is totally up to you, if you want dark meat that is what you get, if you want white meat, have it!

You will also need:

3 Cloves Garlic

6 Slices of bacon

2 Tablespoons of parsley

1 cup Heavy whipping cream

1 cup Milk

1 1/2 Cup Chicken broth

1 Tablespoon cornstarch

3 Tablespoons Butter

1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese

1 Cup Spinach

1Cup grape Tomatoes

1 Pound pasta

Sautee chicken till done,

Cook pasta as directed on box, and drain

Chop bacon into 1 inch pieces and fry, drain bacon and discard grease.

Mince Garlic, simmer in 3 Tablespoons butter.

Add 1 Tablespoon cornstarch stir till all clumpy

Then add chicken broth, whipping cream and milk, bring to a boil

turn down to a simmer and add Spinach, and tomatoes

Simmer for 15 minutes then add chicken, cooked pasta and parmesan cheese to pan and simmer for 10 min

Serve it up and plan to be hooked!!!
